Making room for a new chapter
Not starting from zero. Starting again with experience.
Yuezhen is a woman born in the 1980s who is building a new chapter of life after more than two decades of professional and personal experience.
Her earlier career included long-term work in health-related practice in China, including traditional Chinese health practice and people-facing business.
Today, she is exploring AI, entrepreneurship, lifelong learning and what it means to stay curious and adaptable in a rapidly changing world. Rather than positioning herself as a guru or expert, she documents the process of learning and rebuilding.

What Starting Over in Midlife Actually Looks Like
For a long time, I thought “starting over” meant leaving the past behind. Now I see it differently.
After more than two decades of work, responsibility and everyday life experience, I am not starting from zero.
I am starting with everything I have already lived through, learned from and gradually come to understand.
